Think of them like a magical little voucher—one that lets you borrow against the shelves of my digital library. Use them toward something meaningful, intentional, and aligned with where you’re going next.

What Can You Spend Library Coins On?

Library Coins can be redeemed for (almost) anything I sell. Exceptions are listed below. Check out my Everything Page for an almost comprehensive list of everything I offer- and be sure you’re on my email list.

Library Coins cannot be used for:

  • Live in-person events
  • Bundle sponsorship or Email Spotlights
  • more Library Coins or other credits
  • Offers for which Michele is an affiliate (someone else’s offers)
  • Memberships/subscriptions except for/towards the initial payment
  • VIP Bundle upgrades
  • Collaborative events/offers where Michele is partnering with another business
  • Michele’s offers that are designed for Libraries and Nonprofit Organizations
  • Retroactive refunds or purchases

Expiry Details

Library Coins are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued or purchased.

At midnight Eastern Time on the expiry date, any unused Coins will expire. They won’t carry over, and they won’t be reactivated.

I send you a heads-up 60 days, 30 days, and 7 days before your Coins expire—but it’s your responsibility to use them in time.

Refunds + Transfers

Library Coins are:

  • Non-refundable (unless legally required)
  • Non-transferable (you can’t pass them to someone else)

If you used Coins on a purchase and request a refund, any portion paid in Coins will be refunded in Coins (not cash). I’ll adjust expiry dates if needed.

If you’ve got multiple email addresses tied to your purchases, just let me know and I can merge them into one master Coin balance for you.

Usage Boundaries

Library Coins gifted, earned, or received through bonuses/promos can be revoked or restricted in cases of abuse or unusual circumstances.

If you’re on a payment plan and fall behind, for example, I may temporarily freeze Coin usage until everything’s squared away.

These situations will be handled with kindness, but also with integrity—on a case-by-case basis.
