License Grant
Upon purchase of this Item, you are granted a limited, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license to use it for your own personal use or to sell a finished version to third parties. Finished means a flattened PDF or JPG version—not editable, and customized with your own branding.
You may not resell or distribute the Canva template. You may brand the final product as your own, but you may not claim copyright, and you may not resell this product as PLR or commercial use for others to reuse or modify.
Use of the Michele Lefler or Your Personal Librarian name or branding on your finished product is not permitted.
I reserve the right to modify The Agreement and the licensing terms of use set forth therein at any time. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in York County, PA.
You Can:
- Use this product for personal use
- Sell a flattened, customized version (PDF/JPG) to your own customers.
- Edit the template by changing fonts, colors, text, and design elements.
- Add your own branding and logo to your customized version.
- Use the finished product in your own paid programs, workshops, or bundles (as long as it’s not editable).
You Cannot:
- Resell, gift, or distribute the product as-is (editable format or Canva template).
- Sell or share this product as a PLR, MRR, or commercial-use template.
- Use the editable file in any template, course, or membership where others gain reuse rights.
- Use the Michele Lefler or Your Personal Librarian name or branding on your finished product.
- Use the product in any way that is illegal, unethical, or harmful to the Michele Lefler or Your Personal Librarian brand.
