Presentation Guidelines
Your presentation will be a pre-recorded 15-30 minute lecture which provides valuable information about the topic described in your Speaker Application.
Intellectual Property
All content of your presentation, including music and photographs, must be solely your original intellectual property, or properly licensed for the purpose of the Summit. The Summit is not responsible for purchasing any licenses on your behalf.
We ask that you do not wear or display any third party logos or trademarks during your presentation as we will not have the license to display those logos or trademarks in the summit. Wearing or displaying your own company logos is permissible (i.e. wearing a branded shirt, displaying a branded mug on your desk).
You retain full ownership and copyright of your presentation and any accompanying materials. In exchange for the consideration described in your Speaker Agreement, you grant us a perpetual, non-revocable, non-exclusive right to edit and distribute your presentation in both paid and free offerings, in this event and in the future. Because this right is non-exclusive, you are free to use, license, sell, or repurpose your own presentation and materials elsewhere at any time. See your Speaker Agreement for more information.
Promotion of Your Business
You are permitted to make a free offer during the last 5 minutes of the video recording. Pitches to paid offers are not permitted.
Availability of Your Presentation
Your presentation will be available for viewing for 24-hours during your presentation live time unless otherwise specified for a particular summit. It will also be available for ongoing access to purchasers of Host’s VIP Summit upgrade.
Marketing & Your Information
To promote the Summit, the Host will market to the public using information about Summit speakers.
The information you provide to us in your Speaker Application, including your name, biographical information, photographs, and website address will be used for this purpose. Marketing may include but is not limited to: publications, promotions, or showcases of programs on the Host’s website or social media. At the sole discretion of Host, edits may be made for accuracy, length, and clarity.
You may request to review your information before it is posted. Any corrections to your information must be made within one response communication (i.e. email reply) and within 7 days. Absent a correction from you within 7 days, we will publish the information as is.
Your right to correct inaccuracies in your information does not confer or extend any right to approve stylistic, formatting, or branding decisions.
Subject to the discretion of the Host, you may request a copy of the materials used to market you as a speaker of the Summit within 30 days of the Summit’s conclusion.
